Bug: Verification stuck at 5% after scanning QR in zkPassport app

I'm encountering a reproducible issue in the zkPassport app (iOS, downloaded from App Store). After successfully adding my passport (ID scan + chip scan), I scan a QR code from a project to verify my identity.


When I tap “Confirm”, the process freezes at 5% and then jumps back to the screen with the “Confirm” button. No error message is shown. The verification does not complete.

    Hi! Where is your ID from? And when you close the page (i.e., click on Cancel), what message do you see (if you see any)?

    The process starts but never goes beyond 5%
