I’m having this trouble since a week ago, can anyone help? Btw somewhat my Date Of Birth is 2099 when I was born in 99. This is a Venezuelan ID and I’m trying to verifiy for devconnect Argentina tickets.
The issue regarding the date of birth was a display issue, now fixed in the latest update (0.7.18).
As for the missing certificate, we do not have any certificate from Venezuela at our disposal. You can view the countries for which we have certificates for here, and unfortunately, Venezuela is not one of them right now
Without this certificate, we cannot verify the authenticity of the ID. So that’s why the app won’t let you go further at this point.

on your certificate page I can find the country Ghana in the REGISTRY
