This means the photo from your ID is not being processed properly. This happens with a few IDs using an unexpected image format. We are currently looking into fixing these.
It would be great if you could answer these questions to help us figure out if this is an issue we already identified with someone else:
Where is your passport/ID card from?
Do you see the photo loaded in the home page of the app?
What device do you have?

I have the same problem too with Bulgarian ID, yes I see my photo loaded and i am on Iphone 16 pro
