Hi! This is a known issue, the app should show a clearer error and will in the next update, but essentially this means your MRZ was read incorrectly. What you can do in the meantime is to start the process again, start the MRZ scan, which will open the page with the camera and then close the page by tapping on the cross. You should then see a button to enter your MRZ details manually. I know this is not ideal, so we’ll make sure to improve the MRZ scan process so edge cases like this don’t happen anymore in the future

The manual MRZ entry does work for me, it remains on the same NFC page.
