I scanned the ID successfully but got an error Certificate missing

My ID card supports scanning with an authentication chip, it was successfully scanned but it is reporting an error: Our certificate registry does not currently support this ID. I am from Vietnam, do you support my area?

    Hi! We are missing the necessary information (i.e., certificates of Vietnam for national IDs) to verify Vietnam ID cards at this time. We are currently in the process of contacting the relevant authorities to try to get them, but it’s a slow process.
