NFC chip scan not working

I’m trying to scan for nfc chip but after scanning for more than 10-15 mins app is not fetching anything. I passed the MZ number thing step but scan chip is not happening.

    I got the same issue on an iPhone.

    Even though the Android works, it would not get past reading the chip.

    Hi! Are you using a passport or an ID card? Where is your ID from? And what device do you have?

      Can’t scan my US passport either. MZ works fine.
